The Pump Apps Pump Survey is an essential service offering to all our valued customers. In any production environment, a periodic audit of pumps and pump systems, with consequential improvements of pump systems, is a critical exercise: starting with mapping of pumps and finishing with evaluation of the efficiency of the pump system as a whole.
In our interactions with maintenance managers and plant engineers, we’ve found that almost everyone expresses similar challenges, like long lead times to resolve breakdowns, getting pumps and spares on time, delays in assessing the causes of breakdowns, delays with the collection of faulty pumps for assessment and repair and getting the right OEM parts at the right time for the right price.

Our recommended starting point at the Pump Apps is our invaluable Pump Survey. This survey is undertaken by our experienced staff in conjunction with your artisans and/or maintenance representatives. The aim of the survey is to gather information that includes, amongst others, pump type, brand, and model, wear parts, service parts, cost, projected replacement cost, compatible replacement brands and models, etc (see diagram – illustrating a summarized overview of our approach and methodology).
